Shipping policy
Shipping Policy: All readymade items in my shop will ship within 1-3 business days. Fabrication time for made to order items 2-5 days, fabrication for custom items will require 1 - 2 weeks. CUSTOM ORDERS require a 40% deposit for orders with a retail value above $100.00 All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority. Your tracking number will be available when the item is scanned by the USPS. Lost or stolen mail will be the responsibility of the purchaser, shipping costs are non-refundable. All purchases are gift boxed.
International Shipping: Items are shipped with USPS first class international. International shipping cost is $15.00 and can take up to two weeks to arrive. Custom fees may be applied and your package may be held in customs for a certain amount of time. Silver Linings is not responsible for any custom fees applied or the duration your package is held in customs. Please check with your local postal service regarding any duty fees you may be charged or have to pay upon receiving your package. Silver Linings Artisan (a.k.a) Silver Linings is not responsible for any shipping loss. Damages, or other shipping issues that may arise.
